Inside the villa, there are 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom, is a 15 m2 (165 sq.ft), it has its own 8 m2 (86 sq.ft) modern bathroom, very big wardrobes and closets, and one king size bed, with high class side furnitures and lighting.

The second bedroom is an 11 sq.m (120 sq.ft) room, with an iron made bed, and spacious wardrobes, and a hand made mirror table, that will catch your attention! The 3rd bedroom, is 12 m2 (95 sq.ft) is located at the attic (top floor), and has 2 single beds and an amazing view of the sea, through its small and traditional windows! It also has a 24'' fat screen TV, and hidden lighting decoration! The second bathroom is 4.5 m2 (50 sq.ft), and has a bath tab, wash basin and wc. The kitchen is a modern type fully equipped kitchen, of 8.5 m2 (92 sq.ft), and has access to the backyard and the main living room. In the living room area, of 25 m2 ( 260 sq.ft), there are 2 custom build sofas, that can become 2 single beds as well. In the living room area, you can also find yoga equipment for those who wish to exercise, flat screen Smart TV and a soccer table! Our heated water jacuzzi, is a huge 2.5m x 2.5 octagonal shape and can accommodate up to 6 persons! There are 2 different terraces, where you can sit and relax, and if someone wishes, there is a fully equipped kitchen that can be used to cook your lunch or dinner. There is even a portable coal barbeque available, located on the south terrace, where you can grill local quality beef, lamp or pork, or local and tasty vegetables! At the main entrance, there is a seperate, sunny room, of 15 m2 (140 sq.ft), that can be used to have your breakfast or dinner, relax in the sofa, and enjoy the view! Inside the villa, there are Hand made Art paintings, made by a Local Artist, using Coal techique, and the table lamps located in the living room, as well as the mirrors, are hand made using sea woods! Cable tv and NETFLIX is provided, in the living room main area, and free wifi, 5g, is also available throughout the villa area.
